At webuyanystamps.co.uk, our goal is to offer sellers the best possible rates for their unused UK postage stamps. To achieve this, we’ve designed a selling process that is streamlined and efficient for both our customers and our team.
Because obtaining exact quantities and formats, issuing individual quotations, and providing personalised postage instructions can be very time-consuming, this approach is only viable for large stamp quantities. Therefore, for all stamp quantities with a face value of £500 or less, we can only accept them when sellers follow the clear and concise packaging and posting instructions provided through our online forms.
For quantities over £500 face value, we still strongly recommend using the online form, as it will always be the fastest and most efficient way to sell your stamps and receive payment. However, if you feel you need to contact us directly, you are welcome to email us, and we will respond as soon as possible.
How to Send Stamps to Us
Once you have received the quote confirmation by email, please post the stamps to us by a guaranteed tracked service. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Please print and include the order summary email with the stamps. This will ensure a smooth and swift payment process. Packages that we receive with no order summary will take longer to process.
If you can’t print the summary please copy the details by hand including the ORDER number shown within the confirmation email.

Please Note: The quote is given on the basis that the customer enters the correct information and that the stamps we receive are the same quantity and condition and format as the stamps we have quoted you for, so should the stamps not match the quantity or description quoted for then we reserve the right to adjust the payment accordingly, or in the rare case of damaged or counterfeit stamps we will contact you to discuss the best way forward.

What type of stamps...
Let us know whether they are newer barcoded or older non barcoded. Whether they are regular stamps or xmas/commemorative editions. If they are gummed (lick 'n stick) let us know.
What condition and age...
If any, all or some of the stamps are from incomplete booklets or sheets please let us know. If stamps are older non barcoded always tell us.
What format of stamps...
Let us know the exact format the stamps come in. Whether in booklets, headers, sheets or part sheets.
How you want to be paid...
In general we make payment via bank transfer because it's super quick and very easy. We can however pay using PayPal as well as cash. Cash 'buying rates' may be lower than electronic.
What quantity do you have...
Try and be precise with the quantity as we pride ourselves on always paying fairly based on the exact quantity given.

We do NOT buy unsorted stamp collections. We do NOT buy foreign stamps. We do not buy counterfeit or used stamps. All stamps must be unused GB, decimal Royal Mail postage stamps.
